Do we allow InterWiki links here? It is just that the wikipedia: link doesn't seem to work and I thought that was a default.

If so, what is the page to add InterWiki links?

Actually, this has been enabled now.

You can edit the interwiki table for your wiki by going to:

Special:Interwiki

You can see an example here (I added Wikipedia and Wikitionary):
