A good alternative/replacement for Wikia?

I'm used to editing Wikia but this seems like a good place to go if you either get banned there or they censor certain topic matters. SpankWiki is a good example (though they are at AnimeOTK) and Bath Scenes wiki has been threatened.
Does Wikkii tend to be more openminded in what they allow?

Wikkii is definitely the best alternative that I have found when I migrated away from Wikia.
In terms of content restrictions, I think anything that isn't adult content or harassing against other people or organizations is fine.
If you think your content might be on the edge, discuss it with them and possibly offer them an admin and bureaucrat account so they can delete specific content rather than the wiki. Also, you could explain that you will try to follow the guidelines, and ask that your wiki only be suspended and not deleted if someone violates the content policy.
I'm not sure about this, but private wikis may have fewer restrictions than public wikis. However, if someone reports you and Wikkii does't have access, They might just delete your wiki anyway.

The title should be "Wikkii is infinitely better than wikia".
I would think as long as you dont go overboard it would be alright. Unless your making a "humor" wiki, which arent funny in the slightest, just random stuff thrown together.

If they get a complaint about it, I think you're more likely to get in trouble. I'm not sure what kind of content this person wants to put up, but the names of the wikis mentioned seem fairly questionable.
I think basically as long as you aren't being really explicit and you seem to be serving a good function, you should be fine.

Chances are that if it's considered offensive on wikia, it would be 100% offense here. However, the service is infinitely better.

I would say that you should ask specifically about what you want to have. It's possible for the policy fascists at Wikia to get bent out of shape over things that are reasonably fine, while here, it only requires one person to decide whether your content is acceptable or not.
In general, if you have to ask this question, it's probably best not to be posting whatever you have the question about.

K well SpankingArtWiki definitely needs a host because AnimeOTK went down due to financial trouble according to:
I proposed creating it here but ultimately it's up to whoever has the data so they can use Export/Import to transfer it here.
I wasn't a major contributor so I'm not entirely sure how to summarize the content of that site, I mostly just editing the 'Spanking in anime' page which basically listed alphabetically every anime series which had such scenes, and the episode/time it happened, and who did it to whom.
The wiki basically hosted public domain retro images in many cases, and had articles about variations on the theme, and a list of various fansites about it.
I'm hoping one of the former crat/admins might stop by and be able to explain better.
http://community.wikia.com/wiki/Forum:Spanking_art_wiki
is a discussion from Wikia from when it got removed, if that helps. Though I don't know how content may have changed (for better or worse) since then. It was just rather extensive and it seems a shame for it to be gone.
Basically even if the whole site might not be possible to import (depending on what ToU restriction Wikkii has, am unfamiliar with them), it might be able to have some portions imported that would be acceptable, which is better than nothing until they can find a place to host it all if that's the case.

This is really going to need to be answered by Wikkii, but I can give you what my experience is with allowable content.
If the wiki that you want to have is sexually explicit, and doesn't have some sort of scientific basis, as appears to be the case with what you are referencing, than it will not be allowed. Then again, as long as it isn't pornographic, you'll probably be fine, at least for a while. Though, be aware that if someone complains about it, you'll probably be shutdown without warning.

If the Spanking Art Art were to move to Wikkii, then I wouldn't be comfortable associating myself with Wikkii. Perverted fetish wikis such as rejuveverse.wikkii.com are preventing me from creating wikis here.
Seriously, look at some of the filth being hosted at rejuveverse.wikkii.com (this is only the tip of the iceberg):
http://rejuveverse.wikkii.com/wiki/File:Penny_christmasfirst_switching.jpg
http://rejuveverse.wikkii.com/wiki/File:Jovial_with_Needles.jpg
http://rejuveverse.wikkii.com/wiki/File:Spanks_and_Excuses.jpg

http://rejuveverse.wikkii.com/wiki/File:Penny_christmasvisiting_santa.jpg
http://rejuveverse.wikkii.com/wiki/File:JaydeesPunishmentDress.jpg
Only someone obsessed with touching a little girl's bare bum would create and curate such "art".

@Michaeldsuarez - While I'm not a fan of whatever that stuff is about (anime porn or something) one wiki cannot and does not color the rest (unless in the case of wikia - which is nothing but a bunch of money hungry idiots who create wikis for upcoming shows, movies and add content, then await someone to adopt them just so they can be on top of search results.
I personally take offence at wikis on religious topics as they are presented as fact when they are in fact myths but they have a right to have a wiki.
They do not appear to be breaking any rules so they will stay.

I personally feel so long as it is not forced on others, and it is within the rules and lawful, then it should be allowed to stay/move/exist here. Freedom of speech allows people to express there own opinions, this is just a collection of people expressing an interest in spanking. I think that so long as it does not inflict or "force itself" onto others it should in theory given a chance. Perhaps with a closable sitenotice about the content (this notice being big enough to block most of the content on each article), this only affects the site mildly, and should give any viewer a fair notice before they view the content. Seeing as the notice is closable it should only effect users as they join.

I'm a strong supporter of free speech. I'm a sysop on Encyclopedia Dramatica, and I don't have any problems with adult nudity, but I won't tolerate websites that hosts pedophilic garbage, and the Spanking Art Wiki is one of those pedophilic garbage websites. Children shouldn't be portrayed sexually.

I didn't look at the pictures that you linked to, but if they are as you describe, I am sure Wikkii will remove the wiki if you report it.

How do I report a wiki to Wikkii?

There's not a specific way right now, but posting about it in the General Support forum generally works well.

Is there a more private means of contacting them?

You could try the personal message feature of the forum. Click the little note icon below the Wikkii's name on any of his postings.
EDIT: or find
