Hi,

I'd like to request that the Player extension (http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Player) be installed on the farmer wikis.  The specific purpose we have in mind is that we would like to embed audio files (for educational purposes) on our wiki (http://saafi.wikinet.org/).  Since audio files (e.g., oggs) can't be uploaded to the farmer wikis, we'll have to host the files elsewhere, but this isn't a problem.

Thanks for the request, however that extension appears to be experimental so unfortunately won't be installed.

As mentioned by Sascha in the other thread, you could upload the audio file to youtube and embed it that way. I know you say it's not optimal for your purposes, but it's really the only way to do it at this time.
