I noticed that the favicons I had in place for my wikis have stopped working. I was using a js page for the skin which worked but now they all show the Wikkii favicon instead. Has the staff prevented this from taking place for some reason?

That's weird.

Is it on ADVH?  If it went away after adding a short URL, it's because you have to add a line to .htaccess or something for it to still use the favicon.

I just checked a farmer wiki (2, actually).  No, the favicon is working.  It just sometimes takes a second: the default Wikkii favicon appears, and then it's replaced with the one specified in the javascript.

Yeah, I've noticed that the Vector sidebar tabs can appear to fail if the page loads slowly, since the regular sidebar appears first.

Nope. I even clear the cache yet the same thing comes up.

Try quitting the browser completely and restarting it.  Sometimes it gets screwed up to that point.  You might need to do a force quit to make sure it is fully restarting.

On one wiki, the favicon i set up popped up for a bit but then went away, with some page loads it would be seen before being taken over by the Wikkii logo.
